Technology creates new time pressures for our underwriters and our broker clients, but it also allows us to do things that were impossible a decade ago. When we created Team 24, our promised turnaround time of less than 24 hours (Monday-Friday) set the bar for the entire industry and changed the way that many brokers were able to do business.
