Chuck McTague, President of Anderson McTague & Associates, announced recently the New Brunswick based MGA is opening an office in Toronto to service the brokers of Ontario and Manitoba.
Anderson McTague is a wholly owned Canadian company that has been servicing the Atlantic Provinces for over 65 years. The success of this family owned MGA has been based on understanding the needs of the broker and providing exceptional service on both new business quotes and renewals.
“We know the market is competitive in Central Canada but we feel that we can fill a niche for the broker through communication and ease of handling” McTague said. “For example, we understand the pressures brokers deal with in terms of market availability and turnaround time when faced with last minute situations requiring coverage to be placed on Vacant Risks, Rental Properties and Seasonal Dwellings.
Knowing this, we challenged ourselves to innovate, to provide superior service and assist our brokers to better serve their clients. The result was the formation of a new service team– Team 24; whose first priority is to immediately respond to requests for a quote with regards to these specific risks – guaranteeing a response in less than 24 hours”.
“We understand the difficulty that poor service puts the broker in, so we are committed to working with them to find the quickest possible solution for both the broker and their insured” he added.
McTague also confirmed he will be announcing very shortly the hiring of a well known industry veteran to lead the Ontario/Manitoba expansion efforts.
